What should I wear?

Comfortable, loose-fitting clothing, with suitable underwear (for women, this includes a non-sports bra). Depending on the areas being treated, you may be asked to remove certain clothing. You’ll be covered appropriately with towels at all times.

Are there any after-effects to treatment?

You may feel tired after your massage. Some clients may feel some post-treatment soreness but this will disappear after 48 hours. It is always recommended to drink plenty of water after your treatment.

How frequently should I have treatment?

This depends on each individual and their goals. The main goal is to find what is right for you, to reduce muscle tension and to keep you injury-free.

Does it hurt?

Some techniques may cause a slight discomfort or soreness to achieve the best outcome. If you find the pressure too light/too hard, we can adjust the treatment to make it more comfortable for you.

How many sessions will I need?

Everybody is different as it will depend on your individual needs, lifestyle and how long you’ve been experiencing your discomfort. We will discuss this in more detail during the initial consultation.
