When you send an enquiry through the contact form on this website, we collect the name, email address and message you provide, along with the date and time you gave consent and the page you submitted from. We use this only to reply to your enquiry.
If you separately tick the optional marketing box, we also use your email address to tell you about offers and availability. That is optional, it is never bundled with the consent needed to reply to you, and you can withdraw it at any time by emailing us.
Booking an appointment takes place on Booksy, which is a separate service with its own privacy policy. Any details you enter there are held by Booksy, not by this website.

Legal basis
- Replying to your enquiry — consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form.
- Marketing emails — consent, given separately and withdrawable at any time.

We do not sell your information. It is handled by the services that run this website on our behalf:
- Vercel — hosting and delivery of the website.
- Sanity — storage of the website’s content.
- Resend — delivery of enquiry emails to us.
- Booksy — appointment booking, when you choose to book.
- Google Analytics — website statistics, and only if you accept analytics cookies.
How long we keep it
Enquiry emails are kept in our inbox for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any follow-up. [TO CONFIRM: a retention period for enquiry emails, for example 24 months.] Marketing consent is kept until you withdraw it.
Your rights
You have the right to ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to withdraw consent at any time. Email laurencoopertherapy@outlook.com and we will respond within one month.
